These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mamont governing your access to and use of the OMVI mobile application.

BY USING OMVI, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OMVI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use OMVI. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the app with parental or guardian approval.

3. Description of Service

OMVI provides the following features:

  • Sleep cycle calculator and personalized sleep recommendations
  • Work timer with multiple focus session presets (Quick Focus, Standard Focus, Deep Focus)
  • Productivity tracking and work history visualization with AI-powered insights
  • Offline-first functionality - all core features work without internet connection
  • Cross-platform synchronization when online
  • Notifications and reminders for sleep and work sessions
  • Light and Dark theme support
  • Multi-language support

3.1 Subscription Service

OMVI offers a subscription service for $2.00 USD per month. The subscription provides access to premium features and enhanced functionality. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store subscription management.

Note: During the initial release period, OMVI may be available without subscription. Subscription features may be introduced in future updates.

4. Account Registration

Account Required: To use OMVI, you must create an account. Account registration is mandatory to access the application's features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Maintain only one account per person

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Interfere with the app's operation or security
  • Use automated systems to access the app
  • Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

OMVI and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mamont and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer

OMVI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Sleep and productivity recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.

Offline Functionality: While OMVI is designed to work offline, certain features such as data synchronization across devices require an internet connection. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure or loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamont shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OMVI.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
